Arsenal and Chelsea reportedly scouting Inter’s Andy Diouf

Diouf moved to Inter from Lens in the summer of 2025 and made 29 appearances last season. He has continued to feature this campaign and — following Denzel Dumfries' exit — is currently Inter’s first-choice right wing-back. The 23-year-old began his career as a central midfielder and has also been used at left-back and as a right wing-back. He recently made his international debut with France.
Caught Offside’s reporting, as cited by EyeFootball, adds that Inter Milan do not wish to sell Diouf in January but that a transfer could be possible next summer. The same report suggests Inter would be unlikely to accept a low offer and could demand at least £52 million to allow him to leave.
If the monitoring continues, any concrete offers or formal negotiations have not been reported. For now the claims about Arsenal, Chelsea, Inter’s intentions and a potential fee remain those of Caught Offside as carried by EyeFootball.
